Logicoat specializes in pre-coating timber products.
Our factory coating line allows us to apply any finish, in a very cost-effective way. We save you time and money, whilst achieving the best possible results. Weatherboards, Claddings, Linings, and architectural Acoustic Products can all be pre-coated offsite and delivered ready to install.
Our low costs allow us to service clients in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and throughout Australia.
We can roller coat, curtain coat or spray, plywood, veneer, and panel substrates up to 1250mm wide with an unlimited length. Our multisided spray cabin makes short work of painting battens, boards, architraves, and framing timbers. We can coat around 6000 lineal metres of battens per day.
We operate an 8 head profile sander for linear timbers and a 1300 wide multi-head brush sander for panels, doors, and wide boards.
Logicoat applies Antimicrobial coatings, 2 pack paints, polyurethanes, acrylics, oils, stains, and specializes in Fireshield application and other protective bushfire paints.
